About the Role:

A leading financial services institution is looking to appoint a senior HR leader to drive Talent Acquisition Strategy and large-scale hiring across the organisation. The role will combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution of high-volume and critical hiring mandates across multiple business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans, workforce requirements and evolving talent priorities.

- Lead large-scale and bulk hiring mandates across frontline, sales, operations, customer service and other business-critical functions.

- Build scalable hiring frameworks, processes and talent pipelines to support rapid workforce expansion.

- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements, translate them into hiring plans and ensure timely closure of positions.

- Drive workforce planning, demand forecasting and hiring prioritisation across businesses and geographies.

- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across channels including digital platforms, referrals, agencies, campuses and other talent pools.

- Lead and optimise vendor / partner ecosystems for high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality, cost and turnaround-time metrics.

- Build strong recruitment analytics and dashboards to track hiring funnel, productivity, cost per hire, TAT, quality of hire and other key metrics.

- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and data-led interventions to improve the recruitment engine.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team with a strong focus on execution excellence.

- Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience, employer branding and recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile:

- 12-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant exposure to strategic TA and large-scale hiring.

- Experience managing high-volume / bulk recruitment, particularly across sales, frontline, operations or customer-facing roles.

- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent strategy and recruitment analytics.

- Experience in a large, complex and geographically distributed organisation, preferably within Banking, BFSI, Consumer, Retail or other high-volume environments.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior business and HR leadership.

- Proven ability to build scalable recruitment engines and lead large TA teams.

- MBA / PG qualification in Human Resources from a reputed institution preferred.
