Head Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates .
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient processing of candidate applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field 
• Proven track record in leadership hiring roles with expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing the industry
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
