JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD - STEEL STRUCTURES
Job Purpose
To lead the engineering, fabrication, procurement coordination, and erection of structural steel works across industrial, commercial, high-rise, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural steel engineering and design activities.
• Oversee fabrication, transportation, and erection of steel structures.
• Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Drive cost control, budgeting, and commercial management.
• Lead and mentor engineering and execution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

• 18-25 years of structural steel engineering and construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles.
