Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including planning, execution, and control of all activities.
  
• Oversee dispatch and warehouse functions to ensure timely delivery of products.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers for smooth inventory management and stock replenishment.
  
• Ensure accurate inward processing and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  
• Develop strategies to optimize storage capacity utilization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in retail industry with expertise in store management, store planning, dispatch, warehouse, inward processes.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred).
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale retail stores with multiple locations.
