Job Details:

• Position: Head Sourcing, Technical Development & Quality Inspection
• Experience: 1015 Years
• Location: Field-Based, India
• Travel Requirement: 1520 days per month
• Industry: Apparel, Garments, Textiles & Clothing Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage apparel factories and vendors across India.
• Handle garment costing, sampling, and technical development.
• Conduct factory audits, vendor assessments, and quality inspections.
• Ensure quality standards through inline and final inspections.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of knitted and woven garments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
