Head - Solar Projects - Bhopal

A Head of Solar Projects leads the end-to-end execution of large-scale (MW-level) solar projects, managing design, procurement, site construction, and commissioning. They are responsible for project profitability, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery. Typical requirements include 18-28+ years of experience in solar project management, with a strong background in EPC operations and technical proficiency in PV technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle from planning to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop project plans, manage P&L, and provide strategic direction for multiple projects.
• Technical Oversight: Review designs, technology selection, and system configurations (civil and electrical).
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and local, state, and national regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 18-28 years of experience in solar project management.
• Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC, project planning tools, ROW (Right-of-Way) management, and HT termination.
