Job Profile - Looking for a seasoned service profession preferably from life science / analytical equipment or Medical device Industry who comes with a techno commercial expertise. As the functional head of Service, the role will have end-to-end responsibility for Field Service,
Centralized Customer Support, Technical Support, In-house Repair and Service Back-end
Operations, along with service strategy, commercial performance, operational excellence and people development across India.
The Service Director will be a key member of the India Leadership Team and will work closely with the Managing Director and other functional leaders to support the overall growth and strategic objectives of the Company in India. We are open to explore service leadership talent pool from other product based companies both from B2B and B2C industries like consumer electronics, water treatment, home appliances etc
