HEAD-Service ( Commercial Vehicles )

Role & Responsibilities : As a of Head of Service ,responsible for Service Operations across 11 Satellite outlets in NCR for Commercial Vehicles. Provide strong leadership to Team and driving them to achieve desired results towards Customer Support in After Sales. Report directly to the CEO.

Preferred candidate profile : Age: Around 50 years. 25+ years of Overall Experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Industry. Strong hands-on knowledge across LMV to HMV Commercial Vehicles. Proven Experience in leading large-scale Service Operations, preferably across multiple outlets/dealerships. Role Exposure: Service operations, workshop management, customer service, technical operations, service quality, team leadership and operational performance.
