Job Title: Head / Senior Manager - Bullion Trading & Risk Management (Gold & Commodity Trader)

Experience: 15+ Years | Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Gold / Bullion Trader to lead our Gold Procurement, Hedging, and Price Risk Management. This is a strategic role responsible for managing treasury for the Sky Gold Group.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

1. Bullion Procurement & Treasury:

- Overall responsible for daily gold purchase (imported / domestic bullion) from Banks, LBMA accredited suppliers

- Manage Gold Metal Loan (GML) portfolio - negotiation of interest rates, utilization, renewal and cost optimization

2. Hedging & Price Risk Management:

- Formulate and execute hedging strategy on MCX / COMEX / OTC to hedge 100% of open gold price exposure

- Real-time monitoring of Gold Price (LBMA, MCX), USD/INR

- Ensure zero naked exposure at day-end

- Report Daily Position Report, MTM P&L, and Hedge Effectiveness to the management

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Deep understanding of international gold market, Fed policies, import duty, RBI regulations for Gold

Candidate Profile - Non Negotiable:

- Experience: 15+ Years as Gold / Bullion / Commodity Trader. Must have handled large volume (>100 kg/day)

- Industry: Gems & Jewellery, Bullion Trading House, or Commodity Trading Firm or Bullion Dealer with Bank

- Expertise: Proven track record in MCX/COMEX Hedging, GML Management, LBMA pricing, and Forex hedging

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA Finance. Professional trading certifications preferred

- Personal Attributes: Extremely high integrity, calm under market pressure, exceptional decision-making skills

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility Group level role directly reporting to the Managing Director.
