Role & responsibilities :

1.Market Research:

Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends & Competitors

2.Project Management:

Oversee the product development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope

Prior exposure and familiarity:

Head of SCADA & Visualization will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and visualization systems across the organization. This role ensures the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data transparency, and system reliability in industrial environments.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive the SCADA and visualization roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of scalable SCADA architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of SCADA systems (e.g. SOP, Specification Data Sheets & SAT).
• Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and performance of SCADA infrastructure.
• Standardize visualization practices across projects for consistency and usability.

Project Management

• Manage large-scale SCADA projects from concept to commissioning.
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, and operations teams for seamless integration.

Team Development

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of SCADA and Visualization specialists.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g,IEC 62443) and internal policies.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures for OT systems.
