There is an immediate opening for the Head of Global Textile Business based in Dubai, UAE with a leading bulk textile trading and sourcing company supplying high-quality fabrics from Japan, Europe, and Asia.

Supported by their sourcing office in China, they serve an established customer base across the GCC.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Global Textile Business to lead sales, business development, sourcing, and international expansion across our textile operations.

Based in Dubai, this senior leadership role will be responsible for growing our presence across the GCC and global markets while strengthening supplier relationships across Japan, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow global textile sales, trading, and sourcing activities.

- Develop and execute business-development strategies to expand into new markets and customer segments.

- Build and manage relationships with key clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term commercial performance.

- Oversee international sourcing activities and ensure the availability of high-quality fabrics.

- Identify market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities within the textile industry.

- Work closely with the Dubai and China sourcing teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.

- Represent us in client meetings, negotiations, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Extensive experience in textile sales, trading, sourcing, or business development.

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile products, international sourcing, and supply chains.

- Proven experience leading commercial growth and managing senior client relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to expand business across international markets.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- A proactive, commercially focused mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
