Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets with YOY growth 20% by expanding new customer base, rapid Dealer expansion and market expansions in export markets.
To prepare annual sales budget addressing all products, segments and geographies.
Must be a mechanical engineer and post-graduation qualification in sales specialization is desirable
Must have minimum 15+ years of experience in a reputable group in the engineering component industry (Specifically Transmission Products specifically chain, bearing, fasteners, welding rods, cutting tools or any industrial consumables)
Should have worked at senior level in sales with a track record of clear leadership role.
Exposure of both direct Sales and channel management is must. Exposure to Middle east & SAARC countries is an added advantage.
Own the team and train them well for both personal and organizational development.
