A high-growth, consumer-facing Digital + Offline business is looking to hire a Head of Revenue Growth to build and own its commercial growth engine.
The role will have end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, including developing the growth strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, building scalable processes and driving revenue across existing and upcoming business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and commercial outcomes for the business.
- Build and execute the revenue growth strategy.
- Identify new growth and monetisation opportunities.
- Build scalable processes and revenue playbooks.
- Lead and develop the revenue team.
- Drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, retention and monetisation.
- Partner closely with the founders and leadership team on business growth.
- Build the commercial engine for future expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10 - 15 years of experience.
- Strong revenue / growth / P&L ownership.
- Experience in consumer, retail, consumer internet or new-age businesses.
- Proven experience scaling businesses or business units.
- Strong 0 - 1 / build-from-scratch experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution orientation.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
