Job Description

The State Operations Manager is responsible for overall operational performance, business standards, profitability and execution across all Brown Sugar retail outlets within the assigned state. The role ensures consistent customer experience, operational discipline, sales performance, cost control and compliance across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overall performance of all retail outlets across the state.
• Set operational targets and drive outlet-wise sales and profitability.
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, service standards and brand guidelines.
• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, attendance and staffing requirements.
• Review outlet sales, food cost, wastage, expenses and profitability.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational reviews.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Supply Chain, Marketing and Maintenance for outlet requirements.
• Monitor customer feedback, service quality and complaint resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, statutory and company standards.
• Review outlet performance reports and take data-driven operational decisions.
• Support new outlet openings and operational readiness.
