Role Overview
Own the complete lifecycle of new store openings-from site readiness and design to execution and handover-ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality launches aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end store rollout across regions
- Drive store design, layouts, and space planning
- Manage project execution (civil, interiors, MEP, fit-outs)
- Own vendor management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder coordination
- Drive budgeting, cost control, and project timelines
- Ensure statutory compliance and approvals
- Build SOPs and scalable rollout processes
Ideal Candidate
- 10-18 years in retail expansion / projects / NSO- FOFO & FOCO
- Strong experience in multi-location store rollout
- Expertise in interiors, design, and project execution
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience across retail / QSR / fashion / lifestyle brands
