Head - Research

Role:

This is the senior-most research seat at the company - and it is a builder's chair, not a supervisory title. You own the research product end-to-end, across every asset class we cover: what gets researched, how it gets rated, and the standard every published view is held to. You are the custodian of the doctrine and the guarantor of the output. When a call is right, you built the process that made it right. When it is wrong, you own why. We want buy-side depth on a sell-side product - research written with the conviction of someone deploying their own capital, published for the client to weigh and act on.

- Architect the end-to-end research strategy to align with the company's long-term business objectives and market expansion goals.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of researchers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate deep-dive market insights into corporate strategy and product development cycles.

- Establish robust research methodologies and quality standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of all data-driven outputs.

- Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients to gather qualitative insights that inform our strategic pivots and service offerings.
