Head Research and Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D activities for development and improvement of Ayurvedic, herbal and healthcare products.
• Develop new formulations and improve existing products based on quality, efficacy, safety and market requirements.
• Conduct formulation trials, testing, validation and stability studies.
• Ensure formulations comply with applicable Ayurvedic regulatory and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Regulatory teams for product development and commercialization.
• Maintain R&D documentation, formulations, specifications and technical records.
• Research new herbs, ingredients, technologies and market trends to support innovation.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant R&D experience in the Ayurvedic/Herbal/Healthcare manufacturing industry.
• Ayurveda background is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, raw materials and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of regulatory and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
