Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a large recruitment team, driving performance and delivery excellence.
• Client Management: Own endtoend client engagement, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement hiring strategies for diverse domestic mandates.
• Process Excellence: Streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with proven success in domestic hiring.
• Strong exposure to large team handling and leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and clientfacing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced MNC environment.
