Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will need to bring not only recruitment capability, but also market instinct, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner.
Global Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with DataVolt's growth plans.
- Build talent pipelines across geographies and future talent requirements, by partnering business leaders.
Develop employer branding initiatives.
Recruitment Operations
- Build recruitment governance and hiring processes.
- Implement recruitment dashboards and analytics.
Must-Have
Experience
- 12- 18 years of progressive HR experience with deep specialization Shared Services.
- strong exposure to hiring for Middle East markets, especially Saudi Arabia and UAE / Dubai
- experience hiring for data centers or adjacent sectors such as EPC, engineering, construction, infrastructure, project-led environments, and technical IT
- the ability to map niche talent pools and close difficult mandates
- comfort working across geographies, stakeholder groups, and high-growth environments
- the maturity to build trust with business leaders while also driving pace and quality
- Proven experience leading HR Operations within GCC (data Centres preferred).
Education
- Masters degree / MBA in HR or related discipline preferred
