Head - Quick Commerce & E-Commerce - FMCG

We are a fast-growing premium frozen dessert and Italian gelato brand with a strong retail presence and ambitious expansion plans across India. As we scale our distribution and digital channels, we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth across Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and result-oriented Head - Quick Commerce & E-Commerce to lead the end-to-end growth, profitability, and expansion of our digital sales channels. The role will be responsible for building and scaling the brand's presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging digital commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in FMCG, food, beverages, dairy, frozen foods, or D2C brands and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through quick commerce and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Management:

- Own the P&L for Quick Commerce and E-Commerce channels.

- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across digital channels.

- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.

- Identify new opportunities for expansion across platforms, cities, and product categories.

Quick Commerce Management:

- Lead relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, BB Daily, and other quick commerce partners.

- Negotiate commercial agreements, trade terms, visibility investments, and promotional campaigns.

- Ensure optimal assortment, pricing, stock availability, and category rankings.

- Drive new product launches and exclusive channel initiatives.

Marketplace & E-Commerce Strategy:

- Manage business across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.

- Optimize product listings, content, search visibility, ratings, and reviews.

- Drive conversion, basket size, repeat purchases, and customer acquisition.

Demand Planning & Supply Chain Coordination:

- Work closely with supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure high service levels and inventory availability.

- Monitor stock movement, forecasting accuracy, fill rates, and wastage.

- Minimize stock-outs while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Marketing & Performance Management:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and platform promotions.

- Optimize ROI on trade spends, platform advertising, and promotional investments.

- Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing Quick Commerce & E-Commerce team.

- Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and performance review processes.

- Drive a culture of ownership, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Modern Trade, or Digital Sales.

- Experience with FMCG, Frozen Foods, Dairy, Ice Cream, Beverages, D2C Food Brands, or Consumer Brands preferred.

- Demonstrated success managing Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and Flipkart businesses.

- Experience owning channel P&L and delivering aggressive growth targets.
