Head Projects Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead greenfield project execution from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee site operations during construction phase, including monitoring progress against milestones and identifying potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in engineering & construction industry with expertise in greenfield projects.
• Strong understanding of GREEN & CO principles for sustainable development.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from planning to execution phases.
• Excellent field management skills with ability to lead teams remotely or on-site.
