• You will own construction excellence across Tribecas entire portfolio.
• You define construction standards, and build the systems and vendor partnerships that let us deliver Tribeca quality at scale.
• This role will determine whether Tribeca stays branded or becomes commoditised.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Construction standards and execution excellence. You define quality benchmarks across the portfolio, architect execution processes, and own delivery timelines and quality outcomes.
• Vendor and contractor ecosystem. You select, evaluate, develop, and hold accountable every major vendor and contractor. You are architecting the supply chain that builds Tribeca.
• Portfolio-level cost management. You optimise construction budgets, manage cost escalations, and drive productivity across all projects, balancing quality with unit economics.
• Team building and capability development. You build a construction management team that can scale,
• develop capability, and create systems that multiply what each person can deliver.
• Risk management and problem resolution. You identify risks early, solve construction problems before they become customer problems, and manage dependencies across regions and projects.
• Compliance and regulatory. You ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and building codes, and manage government relationships on compliance.
• Innovation and continuous improvement. You bring new techniques, tools, and processes into construction, and constantly ask, 'How do we build better?'

• Construction standards are documented, implemented, and consistently met across the entire portfolio.
• Vendor partnerships are strong, reliable, and delivering value.
• Your team is mature, distributed across regions, and capable of managing portfolio-level complexity.
• Projects execute on time, on budget, and to Tribeca quality standards, with steadily improving cost predictability.
• Quality metrics are tracked and optimised, and construction risks are identified early and mitigated effectively.
• Customer satisfaction on construction quality is best-in-class.
• Construction operations are systemised, scalable, and investor-ready. Your architecture becomes the foundation for Tribeca's public-company operations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate qualification (M.Tech or MBA).
• Experience: 20+ years of construction management experience in large-scale residential or infrastructure projects, including managing portfolios of significant complexity.
• Ultra-luxury high-rise delivery: You have delivered complete construction lifecycles on ultra-luxury high-rise residential projects site mobilisation, foundation to superstructure, MEP integration, finishing, and customer handover and managed high-rise challenges such as crane logistics, vertical coordination, facade systems, and high-rise finishing standards.
• Mixed-use and diverse asset classes: Your background spans residential, commercial, and retail construction. You understand how they differ in execution, timelines, cost structures, and quality expectations, and can manage integrated mixed-use developments.
• International collaboration: You have worked with tier-1 international construction partners, specialised MEP vendors, facade contractors, architects, structural engineers, and design consultants across geographies. You understand international building codes, material specifications, and quality protocols, and can enforce international benchmarks while managing Indian regulatory requirements.
• Technical depth: You understand construction methodologies, materials, and specifications.
• Cost discipline: You think in unit economics and balance quality with cost without ever compromising on brand standards.
• Founder-led mindset: You work well in founder-led organisations. You move fast, have good judgment, and don't need excessive oversight.
