Head- Precast Operations _HPO/Director -Precast Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L, revenue, margins and execution for Janaadhars precast operations.
• Maximise plant utilisation, productivity, throughput and billing.
• Drive production planning, erection, QA/QC, safety, maintenance and logistics.
• Build predictable revenue, billing and cash-flow visibility.
• Develop institutional and repeat business in coordination with the CEO/business teams.
• Improve ROCE, cost efficiency and operating margins.
• Build strong second-line leadership and systems to reduce firefighting and day-to-day CEO dependency.
• Assess future capacity expansion based on proven demand, utilisation, margins and ROCE.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Civil Engineer – mandatory; MBA preferred.
• 18–25 years of experience in precast, construction, EPC, industrialised building or related sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of direct precast experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven P&L ownership at plant, business unit or portfolio level.
• Strong experience managing institutional clients and large projects.
• Proven track record in execution-led revenue growth and commercial management.
• Comfortable managing both factory and site operations.
• Strong operator with a process-first, disciplined and accountability-driven mindset.
• Ability to build teams, enforce systems and take ownership of outcomes.
