Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of new engines from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and validate engine systems.
• Oversee engine testing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.

Job Requirements :

• 16-26 years of experience in engine development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of engine design principles, mechanics, and materials science.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
