Head Plant Security For project at Meghalaya

Role & responsibilities

• Operations & Loss Prevention: Head the security department to prevent material theft and maintain a safe workplace for staff and visitors.
• Surveillance & Technology: Monitor plant grounds via CCTV and deploy modern electronic equipment to lower security risks.
• Liaison & Relations: Coordinate with the police, local government, and nearby village leaders to keep law and order.
• Audits & Risk Management: Conduct regular security reviews, threat evaluations, and facility audits.
• Emergency & Disaster Response: Assist the organization during emergencies, crisis control, and disaster management.
