Head _Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Head Performance Marketing to own digital performance marketing strategy, budgets, channel growth and team management. The role will lead three channel marketers across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy, budgets, forecasts and ROI targets across digital channels.
• Lead and manage a team of 3 channel marketers covering E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C.
• Drive paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube.
• Manage performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes and other platforms.
• Own the company website as a revenue channel, including traffic, conversion, basket size and repeat purchases.
• Track and improve ROAS, CAC and contribution after marketing spend.
• Analyze attribution and campaign performance to identify genuinely incremental growth.
• Manage platform relationships and negotiate visibility and co-marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with CRM, logistics, supply, retail, brand and category teams.
• Build performance dashboards and provide actionable business reporting.
• Develop and mentor the performance marketing team.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale.
• Experience with at least one E-commerce marketplace or Quick Commerce platform; exposure to both is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a performance-driven approach.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Grocery or D2C is preferred.
• Exposure to CRM/CDP tools is an added advantage.
• Kannada language skills will be an advantage.
