Job Title: Head Hospital Operations

Job Summary:

A leading quaternary care hospital in Chennai is seeking an experienced Head Operations to oversee end-to-end hospital operations, improve operational efficiency, enhance patient experience, and ensure seamless coordination across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hospital-wide operations and service delivery.
• Manage patient flow, bed utilisation, and operational productivity.
• Oversee OP, IP, Emergency, OT, and diagnostic services.
• Drive cost optimisation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Build and lead high-performing operational teams.

Educational Qualification:
MBA / MHA / Postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred.

Experience: 15+ years, with significant leadership experience in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.
