• Oversee plant operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  
• Manage manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, ensuring quality control and cost efficiency.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety, health, and environment (SHE).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects from concept to execution.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
