Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Analyze financial data using Mis Analysis tools to optimize revenue management strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in Hospital Operations or related field.
• Strong background in Process Improvement, Performance Management, and Revenue Management.
• Proficiency in Mis Analysis software for data analysis and reporting.
