• Oversee production management, including planning, scheduling, and control of API manufacturing processes.
  
• Handle manpower effectively to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  
• Debottlenecking of production and increasing capacities.
