Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Oversee the management of security and facility management services across all sites in India.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.

Manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any service-related issues.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational performance and challenges.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
