Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting quality standards.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply them effectively in an automotive industry setting.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
