HEAD Operations & Service Delivery

Easy Source is looking for an experienced, commercially driven operations leader to strengthen and scale our operations across manpower outsourcing, managed services and large-scale utility projects.

We have an established operations team. We are looking for someone who can go beyond managing day-to-day delivery to challenge existing processes, drive operational excellence and create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process innovation, productivity enhancement and cost optimisation.
• Strengthen operational controls, performance monitoring and accountability.
• Improve contract profitability, service quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor experienced Client Services Managers.
• Introduce best practices, automation and scalable operating systems.

Who We're Looking For

A seasoned operations professional with:

• 15+ years of experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• A background in manpower outsourcing, staffing, facility management, utility services or large-scale field operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple client contracts and large, distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, operational P&L understanding and client management capabilities.
• A demonstrated ability to transform processes and deliver measurable operational improvements.
