Head Operations 3S Ather Dealership across Goa

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and numbers-driven Head of Operations (3S) to lead our Ather Energy dealership network across Goa. The incumbent will hold complete operational and P&L accountability across the flagship Margao facility and all satellite branches, orchestrating Sales, Service, Spares, customer delight, OEM compliance, and manpower productivity.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Network Operations & P&L Management

• Take end-to-end P&L ownership of Durga EV Ventures, driving top-line revenue, gross margins, and operational profitability across all five locations.
• Coordinate daily branch reporting, inventory movement, cash flows, and resource allocation between Margao (main branch) and satellite outlets in North and South Goa.
• Track key dealership KPIs: inquiry-to-booking ratio, retail run-rate, workshop throughput, labor billing, customer satisfaction scores (CSI/SSI), and absorption ratio.

2. Sales Leadership & Market Penetration

• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly retail targets aligned with Ather Energy guidelines and internal growth benchmarks.
• Drive showroom traffic and local BTL activations, test-ride campaigns, campus/corporate outreach, and fleet/B2B institutional tie-ups across suburban and semi-urban catchment zones.
• Monitor sales funnel health in CRM, ensuring fast lead response times, proactive follow-ups, spot booking conversions, and seamless financing/insurance processing.

3. After-Sales, Workshop & Spares (Service & Spares)

• Supervise service reception, workshop floor operations, fast-track bays, battery diagnostic workflows, and EV technician productivity.
• Maintain healthy spare parts availability, fast-moving consumable stocks, warranty claim processing, and dead-stock elimination across all workshop nodes.
• Oversee RSA (Roadside Assistance) response efficiency and breakdown handling across key arterial routes in Goa.

4. OEM Relations & Brand Compliance

• Serve as the chief liaison with Ather Energy regional and zonal management teams (Area Sales Managers, Customer Service Managers, Regional Network Heads).
• Ensure strict compliance with Ather brand identity standards, digital showroom audits, process compliance checklists, and corporate governance norms.
• Manage timely claim submissions, OEM incentive reconciliations, margin claims, and vehicle allocation orders.

5. People Leadership & Customer Experience

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-tier branch team comprising Branch Managers, Team Leads, Product Specialists/Sales Executives, Service Advisors, and Technicians.
• Implement structured training modules on EV product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and workshop diagnostics.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction ratings (SSI, CSI, Google reviews), personally resolving escalated grievances and cultivating long-term community goodwill.
