Head Operational Excellence

Role Summary

Lead enterprise-wide Operational Excellence initiatives across Sobha Limited, driving process standardization, productivity improvement, cost optimization, project performance, and business transformation. The role will partner with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement across projects and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across project lifecycle functions.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost, cash flow, and project delivery.
• Ensure effective implementation and adoption of new processes across projects and regions.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder alignment, and capability-building programs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Operational Excellence team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Tier 1 College and MBA from top institutes preferred.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Project Excellence.
• Strong experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management, and Performance Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
