Location: Delhi / Mumbai
Role Summary
This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, vertical strategy, and customer engagement across the Chemicals, Pharma, Glass, and Solar industries. The position leads sales teams, develops C-level customer relationships, drives demand generation, manages business planning and order intake targets, and promotes Siemens automation, digitalization, sustainability, and Digital Enterprise portfolio. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of leadership experience in sales or account management, preferably within automation, digitalization, manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 environments.

Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in Sales or Account Management
- Background in Automation & Digitalization preferred
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders
- Engineering degree with MBA preferred
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive order intake, pipeline growth, sales strategy, CRM adoption, and budget planning.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Build C-level relationships, generate demand, promote Siemens Xcelerator and sustainability initiatives, and maximize portfolio opportunities.
- Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Lead and develop vertical sales teams, provide strategic direction, and coach key account managers.
