Head of Tele Sales (Retail)

We are specifically looking for a candidate to fill the Head of Telesales role who will be responsible for handling the telecalling team. While the currently shared candidate is a sales manager with direct sales experience, we require someone who is an expert in managing large-scale contact center operations, outbound sales strategy, and team productivity metrics.
