Head of Techops and Security

Requirements:

• 12-18 years of experience across Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Technology Operations. Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience managing technology operations teams.
• Proven experience transforming IT operations through process improvement, automation, and governance.
• Experience in product-led technology organisations preferred.
• Core Skills IT Operations and Service Management AWS Cloud Governance, DevOps and Infrastructure Governance; Information Security and GRC ISO 27001 / SOC2 / Compliance Programs SaaS Administration and Vendor Management Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps); ITSM, SLAs and Operational Excellence Executive Stakeholder Management.
• Good to have ITIL or ITSM certifications. Experience leading ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification programs. Experience handling enterprise client security due diligence. Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimisation initiatives. Experience in SportsTech, MediaTech, Gaming, SaaS, or Digital Product organisations.
