Head of Security Operations -Bengaluru

We are a company specializing in security guarding services for the last 44 years. This senior role involves overseeing security operations of our client locations at Bengaluru, ensuring seamless management and delivery of security services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the single point of contact (CRM) for all matters related to security services across Bengaluru units.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

- Coordinate between clients, security personnel, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

- Monitor performance, compliance, and quality control of security operations.

- Implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

- Manage escalation and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:

- He should preferably a retired defense officer of the rank of Colonel or para military forces officer of the equivalent status

- Proven experience in security operations management or related field.

- Should have minimum 5 yrs experience in handling the security operations.

- Age not above 55 yrs

- Resident of Bengaluru

- Strong customer relationship management skills; ability to handle all client and operational queries effectively.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple units simultaneously.

- Proficient in operational planning and execution.

- He should be well versed with Security Operations

- He should be capable of handling the security operation independently
