Head of Sales

Envertiz Consultancy is currently hiring a Head of Sales for one of our esteemed partners in Kochi, Kerala. If you're a driven B2B sales leader with a strong network across Kerala and a passion for building and scaling sales functions, this is a high-impact opportunity with an attractive package and performance-linked incentives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate, MICE, festival, and government segments
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and client acquisition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
• Develop client-specific sales strategies based on business requirements and budgets
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery
• Contribute to building and leading the sales team as the function expands

Requirement:

• 5–7 years in sales with strong B2B corporate sales experience
• Proven sales experience within Kerala (Mandatory)
• Experience in events, media, entertainment or related industries is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Business development & strategic thinking abilities
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership
