The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Recruitment / Head of Delivery to lead and scale our IT staffing recruitment operations. This leadership role will be responsible for managing large-scale recruitment delivery, building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent hiring outcomes across product-based companies and IT services clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong IT staffing industry experience, proven leadership of large recruitment teams, and a track record of delivering against demanding client requirements and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple enterprise client accounts.
• Drive large-scale and niche technology hiring across software engineering, semiconductor, embedded systems, and other technology domains.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements while maintaining quality, productivity, and agreed SLAs.
• Establish effective sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining processes.
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and take corrective action to improve delivery performance.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–30 recruiters and team leads.
• Set recruitment targets, productivity benchmarks, and individual performance KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and delivery meetings.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and development of team leads.
• Drive accountability, recruiter engagement, and team retention.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with client talent acquisition teams, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Build strong delivery partnerships with product companies and IT services organisations.
• Manage escalations, prioritise critical requirements, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business development and account management teams to support client growth and retention.
• Participate in client reviews, workforce planning discussions, and recruitment strategy meetings.

Delivery Strategy & Business Performance

• Develop scalable recruitment delivery models aligned with business growth objectives.
• Forecast hiring demand, recruiter capacity, and resource allocation.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, joining ratios, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through recruitment technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Support new client transitions, account ramp-ups, and expansion of recruitment delivery capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–14 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, or technology talent solutions.
• Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment delivery operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20–30 recruiters.
• Strong experience working with both product-based companies and IT services clients.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts, high-volume hiring, and specialised technology recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT staffing delivery metrics, client SLAs, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong track record of achieving hiring targets and improving team productivity.
