We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who is exceptionally good at editing, can work with International clients, understands pacing / storytelling - this is going to be a really well paid role. Apart from leading top projects by editing on those yourself, you will also be managing an 8 people edit team.

About the role:

• This is a video editing-first role, not a pure motion design role.
• You will work across films, launch videos, branded content, animations, and digital/social content.
• We're looking for someone with strong hands-on editing experience and prior experience leading or managing a team of editors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute edits across brand films, launch videos, branded content, animations, and digital-first content.
• Create high-retention, fast-paced, and platform-native edits.
• Shape raw footage into a strong visual narrative from start to finish.
• Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Experiment with new-age editing styles, formats, and internet-native content.
• Review, guide, and provide feedback to junior editors.
• Help manage editing workflow and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Bring strong creative judgment to every edit and identify what makes content more engaging and watchable.

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in video editing across advertising, films, branded content, or digital media.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of editors (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of retention-driven editing and modern internet content.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, music, sound design, and visual rhythm.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Ability to work quickly, take feedback, and iterate without compromising creative quality.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing craft and range.

Good to have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of emerging editing styles, creators, and digital content formats.
• Experience working on high-volume content or fast-paced creative projects.
