Job Title: Head of Operations, Finance, Projects, Administration, Liasoning & Supply Chain

• Place: Corporate office at Noida
• Qualification: PGDM/MBA/CA/CS/ICWA degree from a premier B school.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from Chemical Trading industry.

Job Description

• We are looking for a well-organized head of operations to oversee activities across various departments. The responsibilities of a head of the department include formulating strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of systems.
• Techno Commercial, proficient in designing strategies for enhancing business and managing complex business challenges.
• Ensure accomplishment of business objectives with optimal productivity in terms of market share and profitability.
• Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and effectively developing the solutions to business challenges.
• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
• Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
• Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.
• Work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the company may intent to enter into with new or renewals of the existing principals / prospects.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry. Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
• Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
• To be successful as a head of operations, you should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.
• Handling Sourcing, Projects, Legal, Administration, Purchase, Logistics, Warehousing, EHS and Manufacturing.
• Assuming full accountability for all company operations.
• Be the driving force in identifying and developing new opportunities for the organisation to sustain growth.
• MEP, Discharging responsibilities of whole gamut of administrative areas ranging from statutory compliances, travel, accommodation, facility management, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security, Asset management, AMCs, Preventive maintenance, health & safety and liasioning with government authorities.
• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and all other employees.
• Embed a mind-set of continuous improvement in all activities and keep abreast of industry news and market forces that may have both an adverse or positive influence on the organisation.
• Overseeing compliance with regulations.

He shall work with MD/senior management in managing and developing systems and controls. Ultimately, a competent Head of Operations should ensure staff productivity.
