At Sentientx, we're building the data foundation for the next generation of robots. We're looking for an experienced, driven leader who can help us scale our operations, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage teams across locations.
• Build strategic partnerships with global AI and robotics companies.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and client relationships.
• Improve delivery quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Work closely with the founders to shape business strategy and expansion.

What We're Looking For

• 12–18 years of experience in operations, business development, or general management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or P&L role.
• Experience in AI/ML, robotics, IT services, data services, or deep-tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business management skills.
• A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with experience scaling teams and businesses.
