Head of Growth / Senior Marketing Manager

Remote India | Full-Time | Senior Level

We are a U.S.-based company operating multiple e-commerce brands and are building an experienced in-house marketing team in India.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth / Senior Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands.

This is not a role for someone who needs a detailed task list every day. We want someone who can analyze a business, identify opportunities, prioritize them, execute, manage specialists, and be accountable for results.

What You'll Own

• Develop and execute 30/60/90-day growth strategies
• Manage SEO, content, email/CRM, CRO and other marketing initiatives
• Identify the highest-impact opportunities across multiple brands
• Manage and hold marketing specialists accountable
• Analyze GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and revenue data
• Build weekly KPI reporting
• Improve traffic, conversion rates, retention and revenue
• Research competitors and identify opportunities we're missing
• Recommend new marketing channels and initiatives
• Take projects from idea execution measurement

We're Looking For

• 8+ years of digital/growth marketing experience
• Proven experience growing U.S. e-commerce/DTC brands
• Strong SEO, email, analytics and CRO knowledge
• Experience managing marketing teams
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience with regulated or difficult-to-advertise industries is a major plus
