Head of Finance (Senior Finance Leader)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across various functions.
  
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, GST/direct taxation, and working capital management.
  
• Ensure accurate cash flow management and MIS reporting to support business decisions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  
• Develop and implement effective inventory costing strategies to optimize profitability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing industries.
  
• CA qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  
• Strong expertise in areas such as Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Inventory Costing, Statutory Compliance (GST), Direct Taxation.
