📍 Location: Bangalore/Delhi NCR/Chennai 🔧 What you’ll do: • Architect and build a scalable AI-driven sales enablement platform • Lead engineering, data, and AI workflows (LLMs, automation, integrations) • Build systems for lead intelligence, campaign automation & personalization • Design and scale data pipelines across internal and external sources • Drive build vs buy decisions across tools, APIs, LLMs, and data vendors • Create AI-powered workflows for prospect research, scoring, and outreach • Build internal platforms for pre-sales, tele-calling, analytics, and delivery teams • Automate manual processes and improve delivery efficiency at scale • Establish engineering standards, release cadence, and governance frameworks • Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and compliance • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team • Partner closely with business, GTM, and delivery leaders to drive outcomes
🎯 What we’re looking for: • 10–15+ years of engineering experience with strong leadership exposure • Experience building products or platforms in SaaS / AI / data / GTM platforms • Built products or platforms in SaaS, GTM tech, sales tech, martech, data platforms, workflow automation, or AI-native products • Strong backend, data, integration, and cloud architecture judgement • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, CRM integrations, workflow engines, and analytics systems • Ability to partner closely with business, sales, delivery, and operations teams ▪ Strong product instincts — you think like a builder and an owner ▪ Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage, founder-like environments
