Head of department - Science

The prime role of HOD is to provide strong academic leadership for Science department. The HOD is required to lead, manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.

It includes curriculum planning and implementation.

Work collaboratively with members of the department and positively contribute to departmental tasks, such as policies, common assessments, instructional practices, grading practice, etc.

Embrace the department's focus on student-centered learning, critical thinking and creativity • Encourage all students to be actively engaged in their own learning and in reviewing their progress against targets .
