Head of Department Commerce

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement curricula for commerce subjects at the undergraduate level.
• Conduct research in areas related to commerce education and pedagogy to improve teaching methods.
• Design and deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials on various topics in commerce, including accounting, finance, marketing, etc.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new courses or modify existing ones.

Job Requirements :

• Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or equivalent qualification.
• 4-7 years of experience as an academic staff member in a university setting.
• Strong background in curriculum designing and development.
• Excellent research skills with publications record.
