Qualification

• M.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• Ph.D. is Mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 Years of Experience as a Professor
• Candidates with Head of the Department/Leadership Experience will also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the departments academic planning, curriculum development, teaching, and accreditation activities.
• Manage faculty and staff, teaching schedules, assessments, student support, and professional development.
• Strong academic and leadership skills.
• Promote research, consultancy and partnerships with industry and professional organizations.
• Represent the department, monitor its performance, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare departmental reports and improvement plans using student and performance data.
